What is Demonstrating Value?

Demonstrating Value is a management tool to help you work out what information is critical to track in your organization, and how to communicate it effectively to support on-going decision-making, planning, fundraising and communication needs.  This includes ways to show social, cultural and environmental value.

Benefits of using Demonstrating Value include:

·        Reducing time spent in hunting down information that doesn't exist or is hard to get at.

·        More effectively capturing and sharing what you do with others.

·        Balancing and managing multiple objectives by helping you evaluate different strategies.

·        Showing your value within and outside of your organization.
